I have two vodafone postpaid no. 8407981xxx,8407971xxx , I used internet plans on them they charged me ok on first 4 month and later start fraud. I used 250 for 1 gb data plane and it was finished in 3 days later activated another of 200 and vodafone fraud charged me 1100 on 250 plane says you finished data in 3 days that why you get only discount on 100 mb and other @ 2p/10 kb + tax. on another no I used 990 mb of data and vodafone took correction after 12 hrs and says I used 1038 mb data I deactivated plan 2 day before now vodafone says you get only 950 mb data on discount and again charged 1000 extra.I am not ready to fill bill because vodafone charged me 10 times compared to present market plans of data.now vodafone care executive says we will take legal action, will send notice, I cant understand what to do.
