i am using Vodafone number 9811369293 since last 7 years. i activated 3 g service on mobile with 100rs pack. also i confirmed it 2-3 times by calling customer care executive that 100 rs is activated on my mobile. but when i got my mobile bill they have charged 665 for 3g service. i tried calling customer care executive but they have blocked me to reach them.

i am very much disappointed with the behavior.

i need my money back and this should never happen again
