Dear Service provider thanking u for our valuable association till 15th September 2013. & now we are on the edge to being separated due to following resign:- On 16th Sep 2013 I requested on your call center for black Berry 599 services… its being activated on 1.35pm. I had some urgency to send some valuable papers to my client so I uses whats app & facebook for about 30 minuts. My Mobile was heating that why I switch off my handset which I had complain on call center. Next day morning I open my handset on 9.30am & on 10.05am, I receive a sms from Voda that i have to pay Rs.2449/- & my credit limit Rs. 2100/-. I was socked to read this sms, as I had used Black Berry services earlier on the same mobile no. and my bill was never more than 1200/- in a month. I made a call to call center, than your excutive told me that I have been charge 10paisa per kv.. as I used service before 24hours, which I was not told earlier. The question is – 1- if I am using Black Berry services Rs599/- than how can it come to extra bill…?? 2- If their is any condition of 24 hours.. than why services are beeing activated before 24hours?? why not after 24 hours?? why I was not told about this hidden clause. I am feeling cheated baidly by Vodaphone……………. So I request you to please close all my services & relationship from Vodaphone as soon as possible.
