Respected Sir/Mam, Would like to inform you that as I’m user of Vodafone Postpaid from last 5 yrs.They had done a fraud with me,In the month of Feb’14 vodafone call center called me and told that sir you have outstanding of last 3 months amounting rs.4869/- you just do one thing pay us Rs.3000/- and rest all amount Rs.1600 will be waived-off.And after the conversation I had paid the said amount to vodafone collection executive,but after 7 days they had barred my number due to non-payment of Rs.1600 which suppose to be waived-off as per vodafone collection team conversation,and when I asked for that,they simply told we will not waived-off that amount and you have to pay Rs.1600 more to re-activate the vodafone number_9999971367. Request you to please look into the same and if any doubt please call me at 8745888xxx

I want my number to be activate and waive-off my rest Rs.1600 and put the penalty of Rs 2 Lakh on vodafone as I got a loss due to Un-informed disconnection of my vodafone number.
