Hi, My Vodafone mobile number 9873834661 was stopped under a billing disputed due to false charges applied for data on my bill. Despite my repeated calls to the customer care team, my phone number was not disconnected. Almost 6 months later, they write to me with a notice and offer me a waiver of 2370, post which I paid Rs 400 in cash to their rep. I tried calling the rep time and again and for a week he has been selling me lies he will have the same plan applied to my new prepaid number and have the letter of waiver sent to me. No such thing has happened and now the rep is not responding and is presumably absconding.
