Dear sir, I took the connection from Vodafone mini store.they promise me that the plan and the additional plan along with it will make my call rate less. 1599 along with 75rs plan.as per them they said that my incoming on roaming will be free and outgoing 50paisa. Have paid my bills for the past months without seeing the details.the last month when checked the details of bill I saw I was being charged for roaming incoming and also outgoing on extra rates as per promised. When complained now Vodafone have been asking me the details of the guy who sold me the connection. I went to Vodafone and not to the guy so how can I remember someone’s names. My calls are barred and I was all so being mistreated few times over phone and at the Vodafone centre CP.

I request you to please refill the previous bills as per the plan promised and also a compensation for harassing me inside there store.will be helpful for the same.
