I got a call from Vodafone on my no. giving me the following scheme at Rs.150 rental per month: 5000 seconds local + std 150 sms 1 local vodafone number unlimited free for 6 months A person came at my address and ported my number into Vodafone on 19-12-2012. After few days I got a confirmation call for port of number, He also confirmed me the same scheme. My number was activated on 27-12-2012 but till today 02-01-2013 5days has passed the free local number scheme has not been given to me.

I called the 198 helpline many times, sometimes they say it will be activated after 48hours and sometimes after monday etc etc. They blocked the customer care number from my mobile. I called Mr. Ashok (9873737333) after 48 hours He said it will be done in 2 hours, sometimes he says He have mailed my complaint then He doesnt answer my call, like that he is teasing my since last 5 days And now He has switched off his mobile. I visited Vodafone store, they said there is no scheme as such. And Sir, the most interesting the security deposit Rs. 150 which I gave, They say you have not given at all.!! I showed them the receipt they just didnt even bother. It is the postpaid number, I have paid Rs. 150 and I am paying Rs.150 per month + 12.36% service tax WITHOUT ANY SERVICE AT ALL.

Dear Sir, I just ported my number because I was getting 1 local Vodafone number free, Now what is the use If I am not getting that! And the security deposit Rs. 250 is that also LOST? These Fraud Companies namely ‘Vodafone’ And ‘Mas Callnet India Pvt. Ltd.’ should be shut down. Dear Sir, I wish to acknowledge my security deposit of Rs.250 And I wish to get the plan which they committed with me i.e. 1 unlimited local Vodafone number for 6 months. I will be grateful to you.
