I was initially loop customer applied for porting to Vodafone. I got a call from Vodafone giving me offer for porting to Vodafone in postpaid without activation fees. Hence I opted to switch to postpaid by selecting 199/- plan. The plan offered me 400 minutes free & 100msgs free every month. After 2days of porting to Vodafone I got a welcome call from them introducing me about the plan & other details. @ that time I got to know that they selected the plan of 299/- instead of 199/- I immediately went to gallery. Filed a complaint and asked to retrieve my documents. After few days I again went to the gallery & there I was shown my documents. I was shocked to see that those papers were not signed by me but someone else in my name and almost same handwriting. I had signed B. C. Jain Whereas the sign on those documents were Bhavika Jain. Moreover this has been agreed by the staff too. I have been promised that some internal action will be taken by them. Moreover I have asked to compensate me as I was asked to pay my first bill with the higher rental of 299/-. The signatures have a 70% match report which is sufficient as per rules. But the act of forgery can be prooved. When I applied for porting I was given a receipt which is extract of the form I signed. This form has a no. If we check d no. Of this receipt and the form with Vodafone people I’m sure it can be verified that my signatures were forged. I havent got the compensation offered by them and I want this matter to be taken seriously hence filing complaint here. Please let my complaint be taken on a fasttrack mode and get me a nice compensation for the faults done.
I want them to provide me a very nice service. I am just a 10day old customer and faced so many problems back to back. I want them to provide me a life time call rate of flat 30p per minute or any other good compensation possible.
