Hello Sir, I have been offered by vodafone for CUG plan under the scheme of Rs. 45 Monthly rental for 3 mobile phones, after collecting documents they have configured all the three no. under the 99 monthly rental and not inform to me about this. I come to know from the person who come at my place for physical verification that my plan are configured on their system is for Rs. 45 monthly rental. After long discussion Mr. Mohit Dhawan sent me an email that all the three no. are under the monthly rental of Rs. 45/-. After few days I got a message that my verification is negative for one of my no (9586614562), I have come to know from the vodafone store that there is no scheme of Rs. 45 monthly rental for 3 mobile no and it is application to only 2 no and other will be remain 99 monthly rental. I realize that I have been fraud by Mr. Mohit Dhawan the person of vodafona and their team and I now can not switch back to prepaid for 6 months. Also due to this scheme issue they have been negative my verification and currently my mobile no 9586614562 is not working (outgoing and incoming ) phone are stopped by vodafone. Mr. Mohit and customer care of vodafone informed me that I have to re submit the document again to vodafone store for re verification but vodafone store person are not accepting the document and telling that the issue is Mr. Mohit as there is no such scheme for Rs. 45/- monthly rental for 3 mobile no. Now Mr. Mohit forcing me to submit the document and on verification he told me that I have to tell them that yes my plan is of Rs. 99 monthly rental. I am in a big trouble. Due to unavailability of communication I have lost the business and it is cost to me $50,000. I have a client from Turkey who is going to communicate with me for the projects and running projects but due to this my project is in trouble and I am in a loss of $50,000 which I wants to claim to vodafone. I am ready for all the legal process I have to do to get my claim amount. The three no which was offered for Rs. 45 monthly rental are (1) 9586614562 (2) 9586614462 (3 ) 9712966293 Please please help me to get rid out of this kind of fraud of vodafone.
