i got a message on my Vodafone number 9830566xxx on 30th December 2014, of free deal pack @49. And unfortunately i have selected that option because I was thinking after selecting that option i will get more information about that Deal but then and there they have deducted Rs 49 from my number. And then they have send a message width a code regarding that deal that i can use it in Vodafone My Delight. But i didn’t get any way to use it. And Today on 1st Jan 2015. I was again going through that way and i got same message, That Deal for 12 day @22 Rs. And i have selected that option once again and they activated that deal on my number and deducted money from my number. And after that i to Vodafone Customer Care to ask that how can i use that Free Deal Pack. I had conversation with one of the agent named Himadri Saha. he told me he is not be able to tell that how can i use it. He told me thta it was a third party deal with vodafone he haven’t any details on it that how can i use it. And Finally he told me to go www.mydala.com to know more about that deal. And i asked him to lodge a complain on it that i am not getting the way to use your product and even u also not be able to guide me the correct way. The he told me he cant lodge any complaint for that because i did it by myself.
Now i just want a solution that how can i use that Free Deal Pack. And A proper customer service so customer can get a proper details on any product. Because whatever i am doing it through Vodafone Service so they have to take all responsibility of there product and all. they cannot deny anything by saying that its third party product. because if you cannot take responsibility of your product which showing on your service then you have no rights to say like that. So now i know i did it by myself so its not possible to get my money back. But i want a proper service and the way to use that free pack. And kindly trained your agents to provide better solution not to make your costumer confused.
