Vodafone – going against TRAI norms

This complaint is against Vodafone. I am using my current number which is (9999933835) from last eight years and using this number on Iphone from last two years. I haven taken any internet connection on my phone, I use Wifi for usage of internet on my phone. On 6th August as usual I was scrolling my phone when no internet was available and I clicked on an online App installed on my phone. I saw it was working( earlier It used to show that internet is not available). To confirm that my internet is working I checked one more app It was working too. So I called on 111 and inquired about me that how my internet is working then Mr. Danish Monga told me that the four basic service i.e. Vodafone live, Vodafone mobile connect, Iphone and 3G services basic service and all these service are pre-activated service and they are by default services. I told him that I am using my phone from last two years it never happened. Then I put a mail to Corporatecare.Del@vodafone.com regarding the same( on 6th August 2013) then they navneet kaur replied me the same. Then I informed them this is against TRAI rules how can u activate these services without my permission on 7th August 2013 and told them please provide me the document of the Vodafone where these things are documented. then neha gupta replied the same thing on 7th august 2013 without talking about any document and also told me that your Vodafone live and I phone services has been deactivated. She also mentioned that for deactivation of 3G services I need to send one SMS and she told me a code which I tried but found wrong. Then On same day I received my July month bill and I found that data charged were there so again I written mail in response to that and make them understand it means I cannot click on any of the app in my phone by mistake also as data transfer may take place and it will be charged and asked for the supporting document that above said services by default activated. on 9th August Heena kashyap replied me just saying that these four services are by default activated and did not replied of any other query. on 10th August I received the call from Vodafone that your Iphone services are deactivated and when I told them about my problem then she connected me to the floor manager. I told him all the problem then he told me that Iphone services and 3G services are deactivated in my phone last month only which is against all the things told be my Vodafone people. Then phone get disconnected that I again called on 111 and told them the problem then she told me she dad taken my complaint and my 3G services will be deactivated and also the data usage will be waived off and given me the complaint number as 491242430. Then I did not received any call after that and today on 13th I called them and I speaked to Mr Rajendar. This guy mentally tortured me a lot and spoke lots of lies and gave me wrong information. I am not sure if he told me correct name or not. first of al

They should deactivate all the four services – “Vodafone live, Vodafone mobile connect, Iphone and 3G services” waived of my data usage charges from last months bill and coming month
