I HAVE A VODAFONE NUMBER 9819-4747-64 WHICH IM USING SINCE 2004. I HAVE GPRS ACTIVE ON MY NUMBER I BROWSE INTERNET DOWNLOAD SONGS AND CHECK MY MAILS AND FEW OTHER DOWNLOADS. EVERY MONTH VODAFONE SHOWS THAT I DOWNLOAD GAMES ON MY HANDSET WORTH 20/- EACH.
THEY SHOW EVERDAY I DOWNLOAD GAMES AND AT THE END OF THE MONTH THE GAMES DOWNLOAD COSTS ME AROUND 2500/- ( WHICH I DENY ).
I CALLED THEM ALSO HAVE WALKED INTO THEIR DOMBIVLI OUTLET TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES AND SHOW THAT I DONT HAVE ANY GAMES IN MY HANDSET.THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME AN EXCUSE SAYING THAT WE HAVE VERIFIED WITH OUR VENDORS AND THEY SAY THAT YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE GAME.I ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE THE GAMES INFORMATION WHICH I DOWNLOADED HOWEVER THEY SAID WE DONT HAVE IT.
SO I STARTED PAYING MY BILLS ONLY FOR THOSE CHARGES WHICH WERE GENUINE BUT THE GAMES.NOW THE BILL IS AROUND 24,000 AND THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY LINE.
I’M GOING TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE AMOUNT HOWEVER I WANT THEM TO PROVE THAT THE GAMES WHICH THEY SAY I DOWNLOADED ARE TRUE.THEY SHOULD PROVIDE THE INFORMATION. AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE THE RIGHT FOR THE INFORMATION.
TOMORROW THEY WILL PUT SOME OTHER CHARGES AND WILL MAKE ME PAY FOR THAT.
