This morning i received calls from Collection agents posing as Court and they threatened me saying the payment needs to be done before 1PM or else there would be a hearing in High court. I did the payment immediately. However i now feel that it is a case of cheating, and not really call form the court. I think it is vodafone’s collection agents posing as High court members. The numbers from where i got these threatening calls were a) 8680091029 b) 9551775374 I would expect vodafone to take action against these agents. The amount that was due by me for Rs 899, whereas the collected amount was 2298 from my HDFC bank NEFT through vodafone website. I also expect that Vodafone credits back these amounts to me and will get these rascals to the court and punish them. Vodafone also gave access to these unauthorized agents to my number which is in no way related to the other number of my family member. When i asked, they said that it would be accessed by accessing the personal information/call history. This is a serious breach of security.

The entire amount and more than 10 times that amount need to be credited back to my account, as this was a pure case of cheating. Collection agents are not allowed as per TRAI orders, but vodafone still uses these goondas. Personal information are leaked and this is a security issue. Vodafone must call and apologize and send me a written copy of the same.
