Vodafone – Illegal Deductions from prepaid balance

My number is prepaid and the usage is negligible or nil on this number. Last transaction was on 07Feb14 for Rs.102 the balance was Rs124. Thereafter there were no calls or any sms made from the number yet on 9/3/14 the balance on inquiry showed Rs115. Call centre was unable to explain the reason for deductions. Above all the tollfree help *111# does never show deductions made. I was incorrectly charged Rs2.5 for calling the helpdesk to question the deductions made Mobile No is 9198203xxx

Vodafone should be made to give details of each deduction for last 3 months to prepaid users on tollfree or website or call centre. also if user queries for deduction or complains for wrong deduction and help center keeps the call on hold since they are unable to respond the user should not be charged
