Vodafone – Incorrect Data Usage & Billing

MY PLAN of RS1000 Per Month entitles me to 1000 mins of Local / National Calls, 1000 Local / National SMS and also 1000 MB OF 3G DATA. However, due to NEGLIGENCE from the Store as well as the Customer Service end, I’m been offered ONLY 500MB OF 3G DATA.

Hence, my BILL for the Previous Month as well as the one To Be Generated is FAULTY. I want a RECTIFICATION at the EARLIEST.
