Sir/ Madam, Few months back I converted my number from prepaid to postpaid as i got an offer from Vodafone. They anonymously activated Blackberrt 399 plan on my number though I was using an Iphone. Now the point is to use a blackberry plan u must be having a blackberry mobile phone which is pretty obvious, as i am using an Iphone right now then how i was charged with Rs. 399/- on my number for activation of blackberry plan? After i called 198 customer care they asked me to pay my due amount and you will get the reversal in the next bill, but i was shocked to see that there was no reversal made by the Vodafone.
