I have been using Vodafone postpaid plan on my no from past 18 months in Delhi. Normally my bill amount ranges between 1800-2000 per month but shockingly this month I have received a bill amounting to RS 8400.I called Vodafone call center to enquirer this they told me that on 18th April I have used 1GB of data from my mobile for which they have charged me 7500.I was surprised to hear this as I have not done any extra usage apart my normal usage. How can I be be charged 7500 for a day when I pay 350 rs for 1gb data for whole month.I really need your help to deal with this company .They cannot charge customer any amount like they have charged me.

I need Vodafone to correct my bill and also ensure that they don’t do this with other customers.
