i had been using a vodaphone postpaid connection phone no 8874004411 which was disconnected in mid of july the last bill that i pai was in july itself an amount of Rs2500 after that wen it got dissconnected i did not use the number at all, now they came to my place saying that a bill of 7600 is to be paid i never got any bills nor did i receive any emails regarding this this has come as a shock to me as i was told while buying the connection that if your usage goes above Rs500 we will automatically deactivate the service and at the time of getting the postpaid connection they had kept a security amount of Rs 500. Now they are harrasing me by coming to my house every now and then i don’t understand when i haven’t used the services why should i pay for it.they are cheating and harrasing to such an extent that every one in my family is suffering because of it please help me .i want them to stop harrasing me as i have nothing to do with the bill coz i havent used the services since mid july and the last bill i paid was in july it self although i never got any hard copies or soft copies of my bill then to i personally went every month to pay my bill and always asked them to send me proper hard copies which they never did. and now they have come up with a bill like this which for which i havent even used the services.
