Vodafone – International data charges care people not telling correctly

I had asked to activate international roaming on my mobile number 9920935xxx. They say that the roaming will be activated 48 hours, but it was activated a few hours and with it i got a huge internet data usage immediately. A lot of people has been victim of similar charges, where the customer is unaware and suddenly he gets a bill for data usage which is 10 times or more than the normal bill.

I want the internet data charges to be waived off. Also, i want that the company should be more transparent, and should have two provisions for international roaming and international data roaming separately. As the international data roaming can be really expensive and novice travellers are later shocked to receive huge bills.
