Sir, I recharged unlimited 2G data pack of Rs.195 on 14-08-2014 (as per the vodafone data plan) which was valid for 1 month.In my area vodafone network was down that day so i messaged “ACT 3G” to the no 144 in the hope that there may be 3G network available.After that i received the message”Your previous internet pack has been overwritten by the new internet pack”.Although i did not recharged another data pack nor my balance was deducted but they finished existing data plan due to the message.My complain is as other telecom company like MTNL,Airtel etc. does in this regard, they provide either network 2G or 3G which is more reliable but data plan remains valid in any 2G or 3G network.Means 2G data plan and 3G data plan have different speed but the network may be either 2G or 3G.And this is right. But Vodafone for which I am complaining has made own rule and cut my unlimited 2G data plan stating that you requested for 3G service.Hence your data plan has lapsed.Sir 3G service is another issue and data plan is another issue but they mixed the both.They can’t make their own rule.They should follow the same rule.2G and 3G data plans have different transfer/downloading speed but they can be used using either 2G or 3G network. After that i requested him many times and try to understand him but they are adamant not to refund any way. Neither i used existed 2G data plan nor requested for another 3G plan but the company has theft my money.
Kindly provide me right resolution and adequate economic assistance for all my time and money wastage.
