i have prepaid connection of vadafone. i have activate caller tune to my mobile i.e.de he shiva. i also received a activation message from the company. but instead of activate my caller tune company activates its own tune i.e. everyday.
when i call to the customer care he told me may be you have select this one thats why this is activate otherwise this thing never happened.
company has deducted Rs. 45. from my account without providing serices.
so i need your help.
