My name Apurbala Mahato and no 9734092744. I have decided that i was not accompanied with vodafone so i was porting my no and decided go to reliance smart service but suddenly mr abhijit roy gupta from vodafone no 03371636151 on date 23/10/2013 told me that one offer give you that all local call 30 paise/minute and no extra charge belong. Then i think this offer is acceptable to me. But what a insensible message come from vodafone after that recharge 55 of all local call at 30p/min for 90 days 1st 2 mins of day at Rs 1.5/min. This offer was imposed on me but rs 55 not a matter cheated with the customer. Please help me and what i can i do this time.

please what step can be take about miss information to the customer.
