I have taken a number from the store from the mentioned people on 22-12-2013. as per the offer,I should be getting roam like home service from day 1 but it didnt got activated till 05-01-2014. meanwhile i had visited many time to the store to remind about the same. but all in vain. At the end of the billing cycle. I got charged for Rs.947 for the bill which apparently should be lower than rs.200 as per the offer. I have requested the same to retwrok and given the complain on 19-01-2014 and they said the response will coem in 72 hours. but the same is not yet done. Please look into the same

i wan the bill to be reworked taken into consideration the offer which was offered to me. Also i seek compensation for unnecessary waiting at the store in the que and waste time in explaining the issue to the same.
