Hi, I am Varun Verma, holder of mobile # 9711933350. I am writing this mail to file a complaint against Vodafone for misleading me on my internet plans. Referring to my last month bill. As per the plan i am using 1gb on 3g network data plan for which monthly rent is 250. However when my usage is over for 1 gb they will inform me and ask if i would like to take some add on plans but this time when my usage went over to 1 gb, i requested for add on plans but they came saying that you are using an unlimited plan and your request for add plan cannot be processed. Now when i received my bill they charged me for 2gb extra usage and charged me Rs. 7000 extra for the 2 gb usage. When i took the matter with the Vodafone company they are not giving me proper response of my emails for the past 10 days and when i spoke to them they denied to launch my complaint in their forum even after giving the proof of those messages received from them. They are forcing me to pay the bill or else they will Barr my services. Please help me how to proceed with this matter. Look forward towards your help here. Regards, Varun
