Due to some billing issues on my vodafone number 9999199xxx, i decided to convert my SIM in to prepaid, i gave requested at Vodafone Store Karol Bagh Metro Station on Saturday at about 7:40 pm. I were given a sim (89911100183162731777) by the executive named Dheeraj. I were told the same SIM will be activated by Monday morning, while it was very long time but i accepted. Now it is 12:10 pm of Wednesday, my sim still has been not activated and they are again asking for 48 hours. Since monday i have had talk on vodafone customer care many times, all the times i were told that my number will be activated soon. Since my number 9999199xxx is not working, i have to bare monetry loss and vodafone is responsible for that. as i am in media, i am unable to attend so many important calls. the whole situation is giving mental pressure to me. please help. once more i have faced problems, at that time i opted for MNP, but company executive forced me to stay with vodafone and told the same thin will not happen again.
