All of a sudden my services are barred on number 9704441888 for the so called reason verification failure after 20days. I have given every detail and documents and even the verification guy came to my residence and took my signature to conform my connection. I contacted the customer care and they have agreed the fault is from the vodafone end. Complaint ref No 1620320642, No message or call was done for me to take corrective measures before going to get connection barred.

I want to take a necessary action on these people, i want to a fine to be paid by them.
