Hi vodafone, This is to inform you that recently I gave you guys a request to port my number from airtel to vodafone. While discussing about the plan I was told that in 999 rental I will be given 2500 local n std minutes 1000 sms and 4gb 3g data. If I will pay 75 rupees rent then I cn get one local vodafone number free of cost for unlimited calling. The same was discussed with someone at ur nodal office thrice over the phone as I have been in touch with u via fb and twitter. My number has recently been activated but benefits have not been given to me. I contacted customer service and was told that its nt 3g bt its a 2g data which was provided to me also with 75 rental I can’t get one local vodafone number free. It’s absolutely ridiculous the way you guys have sold me this connection. The only reason I ported my number because I observed by using my friend’s phone who has vodafone that 3g internet connectivity is better than airtel. If I was not given the same plan which I had with airtel I wouldn’t have got this number ported to vodafone. I feel like you guys have bluffed me completely by selling ur product to me. Now I want you guys to give me the benefits which I was told in first place otherwise I am ready to terminate the service. I don’t want to use your service if u guys are not ready to take the responsibility for which have been lied upon. I wish I will get a positive response from you guys this time. I understand someone from nodal office did try to get in touch with me but I was in the middle of a session so I requested for a call back at 8pm. Let’s just hope that she will call me back to discuss it in detail. Customer service can’t take it as a complaint as this number has not been active for more than 48 hours.
