This is to inform you that my mobile no: 9176064355 was debited with Rs.50/ yesterday night without my consent for accessing model world. Since I was informed that for new connections 120mb browsing free I happened to access my internet which by default connected to Vodafonelive,in and within a minute before I disconnect my net access I received a message stating that “Thanks for activating Model World at Rs.50/ 8 hours with a link to click, but I did not click the link and immediately called your 198 and one Mr.Karthik attended my call and I made a complaint with regard to the debit without my consent or even an alert about the charges to be made if I access the Model World. For your information as per TRAI and DOT regulation together with many Court rulings you cannot debit a customer’s account without informing in advance about the charges for your services, and acceptance for charges you are not supposed to debit mobile account of the customer, so I demand that Rs.50/ which was debited without my consent shall be returned back to my account without delay or else I may have to resort to legal remedies. Further I inform you that I do not need any of your value added services for ever and so no debits from my account other than my call charges can be made. Kindly note.
