I am using vodafone postpaid connection for phone number 776805xxx from last 4 months and everytime they are charging me money against some downloading which I have not downloaded.And response from Vodafone was very bad.For july month they have added 333.50 rupees extra,april 258.00,for may 90.00 and for june 174.00.I am lodging complain in consumer forum with the trust that they will help me with this and give me justice.Please help me in this matter.I am getting punished financially without reason.
I want my money to reimburse.And also want to get relief from this mental harassment.
