I have been a new customer of Vodafone prepaid. From thr first day my net is not working..i called the customer care on 20th and they told to get the sim replaced…. I did the same! But still the internet service is not working(internet service is activated in mobile, internet pack is also there,setting are installed) But only net was not working! On 25th dec 2013 I called again and talked to them… They registered my compliment and told me that my problem will be resolved till 3rd jan 2014! Today is 14th jan….but still its not working! I am a internet geek…spending 10 days without internet was impossible for me! Now I am a frusted Vodafone customer!! They don’t let me to migrate to other operators as I have not completed my 3 months!! Before being a Vodafone prepaid customer ..i was a Vodafone postpaid customer just for 2 months. Because my 1st bill was of 850 and 2nd 6000 !!! Now as customer care of Vodafone is not helping me with this issue… Its already been 15 days! I don’t know where to go…. Need some help
Take an action against them… And tell them to take my problem little seriously
