hello, this is akshay and i am using a vodafone postpaid connection having number 9796436000 for i guess 2 years and the company don’t have good plans but i had to make much calls to vodafone number so i used it. but a place named ghagwal i live there temporarily but much of the time i live there. there i faced network issues i hardly get good network coverage there when i faced much problem i called customer care and lodged my first complaint in august 2012 and the august month was over but i was still on waiting for its solution. at last i got a solution from a company when i called to customer care that sir we tried to help u but we were not able to contact u but as per your complaint we visited your area and there is no problem form our side i got doubts why i facing problems then i tried my best but no result i complained for about 10 months and for my last complaint on 3rd june i got a new reply that my area is something 1.5 km out of coverage area so i will not get any help from vodafone i then told why didnt u told me earlier then. the cc executives are showing unpleasant behaviour and i am telling them i want any benefit if the company couldn’t provide help but they are not helping me.
I want my bill of this months to be waived off or any other benefit for their unseriousness towards my problem and wasting my time and misbehaviour.
