I am facing network issue for the last 1 month. I am staying at sector 16 faridabad, that is the main area. I am not getting the network for internet on my phone. As soon as i leave my home area for another 200 mts, my internet works. I am facing this for last 1 month. When i complaint this on 198, they says we are resolving, it will take 2-3 days as it is all over. but its nearly 1 month. i requested them to connect me to their seniors, they refused that all are busy. i said i can wait any amount of time to get it resolved as i am facing various problems due to it, but they disconnected the line. i have talked to them 3-4 times but all in vain. Seeing this, i visited the vodafone store faridabad at NIT faridabad. they were not having A/c working in their office so they said we wont work till our a/c is not working. somehow when all the visitors forced them to work, they started working but misbehaved. i said i am facing this issue, they said, we cannot do anything , port the no. it will remain as such. i said i have data pack activated on my ph & even then i am not able to use it due to ur fault of network issue so refund my balance, they replied we cant complaint where ever u can. I am having 4 vodafone nos at home, having same issue in all.
