Mr Subodh Singh (9819818561) representative of vodafone complain division was handling my billing issue problem.. I had to make a payment of Rs 4000 and was charged Rs 7000 which mr subodh resolved. Since i was not around and couldn’t make the payment for my no 9819885843 for almost 3 months i sent Mr subodh a mail stating that i will be back and clear the payment asap.. I spoke to him on the 28th dec 2013 and made payment of my no and sent him the confirmation receipt also.. over the phone he mentioned my line will get activated in 4 hours.. to my astonishment i get to know today that on 3rd jan 2014 my no has been allocated to some other individual.. i feel cheated since they took my money and sent me a new sim card of my old no yesterday and allocated my no to someone else. I really need someone to look into this and help me retain the my old no.. I have written records where Mr subodh have mentioned to make Rs 4000 payment and activation of my services..

i need my old mobile no back since its vodafone mistake especially Mr Subodh who was looking into this matter
