My Vodafone Mumbai number is not receiving any network while I’m on international roaming which is why I’ve gotten stuck and have to way to communicate with anyone. I cannot even make payment transactions online because I need connectivity on my number to authorize using OTP. Facing huge difficulty in getting through to Vodafone to resolve the query. Have submitted an online query and reached out to them through social media – to almost no avail.

I need them to activate my national roaming so that I can receive calls and messages on the same.
