Vodafone – No service after payment less Internet data

This is to complaint again that as per online recharge with Rs. 449 as on 20-03-2014, no 2.5 GB data has been provided by the VODAFONE at that time, which has been caught in the data usage sheet as sent by the Vodafone. Upon failing in providing the data of 2.5GB by the VODAFONE as per online recharge as on 20-03-2014, a credit of Rs. 449 with 2GB instead of 2.5 GB was provided by the VODAFONE after writing to them again and again. Thus in this case, payment has been made ONLINE as on 20-03-2014 and no data given to the customer at that time and after writing again and again for the activation of the same, it has been activated via SMS as per long delayed direction given by the VODAFONE. So in the present case recharge was done ONLINE only thus additional data is applicable here. Moreover not providing the data after the ONLINE recharge of Rs. 449 is a very serious and deceitful act of VODAFONE and cybercrime too because a fraud, unlawful and deceitful act has been observed during the whole matter, wherein case of levying fund without any services is coming in light of whole matter as appear in long email conversations. All supporting relevant email-conversations are safe, which may be provided at any time. Moreover frequent data-disconnection related issue has been resolved till date, which is lying pending for last around 2 month at the end of VODAFONE. You are requested to kindly instruct to the VODAFONE to provide data as applicable in ONLINE payment and impose a penalty to them for not providing the data at the time of recharge also a fine for providing 500 MB less data.

Data as applicable in ONLINE recharge and impose a penalty of Rs. 20000 (Rupee Twenty Thousand only) so that in future they should not do any such fraud with any consumer.
