Vodafone – non deactivation and being charged incorrectly poor service from staff

i have placed cancellation request twice with vodafone store one in sept when i was told account would be cancelled and to come and collect refund for previous bills which were taken from my bank account, then for next 2 months i was charged continuously and when i went to the same store i was informed account was not cancelled due to their mistake and they cannot refund me anything for next 45 days and they will again request for cancellation further and then now i have another bill generated for another 1 month charge and we i spoke to vodafone CS they said line was active u will be charged and they cannot do anything about it..

I want them to compensate me for all the months i have no usage on the account and for the time i have to face loads of monetary issues due to their mistakes..
