I have been repeatedly requesting corpcare.chennai@vodafone.com to cancel my VAS and change my plan for minimum rental for last 4 months. They have been not being taking any action and charging the same. Also the security deposit is not being adjusted. I have raised more than 50 complaints with no action.
Waiver of these amount and the service being provided as per request. Also the mental and economic loss I suffered should be suitably compensated.
