ts for Chandranet Pvt Ltd (Spidigo), Nt For Vodafone (Its not in Name List Thats why I Choose Vodafone)Complain regarding Connectivity of Internet Connection with Customer Id: devangpatel20 to My Home address as D-301, Sagar Sangit-1, Opp Sukan Mall, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad-380060, i purchased its connection on 28/09/2013 with cash payment of Rs. 5699.00 , its CAF no is : A-536774, through its sales person Mr. Arpit Purohit. After taking service of Broadband from Spidigo, its continuously disturbing my work with less connectivity or disconnect while I am working or using Connection . it’s really disturbing and no such good service received from spidigo as the sales person committed. After lots of follow up and waiting some technician come and repair but within 10 days i have to call to customer care and complain for the same issue. Last day on 9th January, 2014 i complain at around 9 pm and with out confirming me or discuss, company make Mobile Message me that my complain No 140106999 has been closed but till now its not solved, after this Mobile Message ,I once again to customer care regarding it and the representative inform me to call from technical team, but no such call received by me and no solution provided by Company. It’s really headache to call and call to Customer Care just interval of 10 to 15 days, and there is always wrong commitment from customer care to solve it, why Customer Representative make wrong Commitment to customer. And if Company can’t entertain to customer why they took advance money for 15 month?

If Company is not able to provide me proper service, then they must be refund my Amount with all other expenses which i made for using optioned service and also getting with Interest amount at market rate along with whatever amount the Court fill fit for disturbing my Business or Professional service.
