Vodafone – Not providing proper billing details

In October 2014 mobile bill, I was charged with 197 rupees for downloads which I am not aware of. I have called Vodafone customer care for more details about what I have downloaded and How I have downloaded and Why was it charged as I was not aware of any downloads from vodafone services. They have replied me saying that I have downloaded something from Vodafone services so they have charged me. But they can’t provide me those download details. If vodafone is charging me for some services which I am not aware of. I would expect it to explain me what those charges are for. Simply they can’t charge the customer without providing full details about it.

I would like hear more from vodafone regarding my billing information. They simply can’t charge me for what I have not used.
