Vodafone – number of call drops/disconnections/voice breaking ups

I have 2 Vodafone nos. 9830862248 and 9830945750 for the past 1 year and 5 years respectively. There was no network issue until the last one month. I raised a complaint on 7th Oct’13 and subsequently a detailed explanation of the problem on 9th Oct’13. The issues raised were – Type of complaint-call drop/network busy/no access to network/weak signals – Call Drop, Weak Signals Number of signal bars – usually 2 and at times 1 Problem faced at- indoor/outdoor/both – Indoor Problem faced in- incoming/outgoing call/both – both Incoming and outgoing Calls getting disconnected or not – yes, calls getting disconnected Area where problem is faced – inside the house Area pin code – 700086 I am attaching the email conversations I had with Vodafone. Subsequently, someone came to check the network strength on 15th Oct’13. Post that I received a mail from Vodafone stating that there is no plan of a new site in my area and that this problem is likely to continue. I believe that as a service provider, if Vodafone is selling its products to my area, then they need to get their infrastructure up-to the mark. What I fail to understand is why is Vodafone unwilling to provide me with the service that I am paying for?
