I hav a post paid no. They charged over even they are chrging for those services which I am not using even not send the bill when I made payment they charged 100 rs for late payment I made a request on cus care they told me first you pay ur amount than only charges would be waived off yesterday I made payment of 500 still my services are barred, I marked so many mail to active my no and also told them that payment has been made as you .suggest but now they are not responding

Because of that I am not able to contect to any body that might be impect on my sale and bcoz of that I might be loose my job.

There are chages of 400 which they have commited me would be waived off and the services would be active .
