Hi Sir, I am using my Vodafone number-9538995464 since 2010, I was activated with a data plan with monthly rental Rs. 99 with 2GB free data monthly after I went out of town in October 2012 and not using my number for around 6 months but continuously paying monthly charges. When I came back I started using my data and calling service in month of April 2013. I got shocked when I saw a Bill amount of around Rs. 1800. They charged around Rs. 1100 for extra uses for data when I enquired I found data uses within 2GB limit. They told me they are not running any plan for Rs. 99 now earlier and your plan is Rs. 95 with data limit 600 MB. I have not paid that amount as it was not informed me earlier and they are continuously charging Rs. 95 as data usage which services on my phone they has blocked. I am monthly paying my calling charges +Rs. 95 (for data usage service is blocked). They have also put a fine on Rs.1100 and harassing me lot. I also complained for the same thing but no response is from their for the same and Vodafone people continuously harassing me sending their agent at home and all.
