I am very dissatisfied vodafone your service. last week my vodafone registration is failed so my no. 9953842652 is being disconnected. so i am going to vodafone store sector-18 Noida for resubmit the documents or verification of the documents but the vodafone representative is not helped me for the verification. they failed me in the verification. they asked me some question such as my name, my no. and last recharged i replied my name is Pankaj Kr. , no. is 9953842652 and last recharge is Rs 100/- but they says your last recharge is not dispalyed in my computer so i’ll give some verfication options such as please check my voter ID proff and address but they refused me that they didn’t have the access to check the documents and photograph in the portal against this no. there is a Balance amount of Rs. 80/- or more in this no. 9953842652 (Sim No. 80094856664EH2). and your representative give me the option for converting prepaid no. to postpaid no. but i am not ready for this. i am very very dissatisfied. so please look into this matter and return my amount back.

About 3 weeks i am not using my mobile No. because this no. is very important for me all my social and business contacts are using this no. to contact me. Please help
