t has been more than 8 months now that i am continuously following up with Vodafone Customer care. And trying to deal with the arrogant Team Leads who do not have any background of the issues raised and can give a blunt resolution that is not practical in real time scenario. The Network Coverage has gone down near my residential area (Anushaktinagar). I know this can be resolved by installing a new cell site. But, can VODAFONE install a NEW CELL SITE in premises of DEFENSE Colony, I Guess NO. That is the reason i was continuously following up with Vodafone team and was requesting them to find any other alternatives. But, i get the same answer form the Customer Executive “SIR: You give us a Place to Install the New Cell SITE and your job is done” Is this a practical resolution ? I am not the owner of Mumbai neither the owner of DEFENSE Colony. This is a high time now, being a loyal customer for more that 7 Years, i am receiving such a poor service. In last 6 years i had never faced any network related issues at my residence. But, now the scenario is terrible. ZERO Network coverage. Would request you to look into this matter and let know if there’s any way out. I am fed up of paying bills for getting ZERO Network Coverage.
