The request was made towards Vodafone for the Usage/Consumption of 3G Data used over the period. They returned with very irrelevant answer and justify there fact that they have the right to deduct money from main account on the expiry of plans without intimation. They are rude when they called back. The language is totally bad and it should be address with correct note. Attaching the communication and several response from vodafone over this issue.
I want the details on particular period and nos of days and the expiry of 3G data plan Vodafone shall send SMS to know the user about there use. They also have to teach there people how to speak with customer special if the phone is received by any lady. The service from them is getting worst day by day as we have started to seek clarification. whether it is for network/calling/any other use.
