From past 3 month I am getting bill which is not looking right, I have contacted several time but looks like no one is in position to provide services. Without any reason I am told to charges will not waived. As per plan you should be taking care but you are breaking/breaching rules.
Can someone analyse past 4 month bill and analyse what gone wrong? Maybe you can send me the Detailed Copy of the Bill by Post to the Registered address if you cannot find out so that I will know if I have really used so much of Vodafone Mobile Services.
