Vodafone – postpaid activation worst service from customer care

i am contentiously trying track my activation status of prepaid Sim to postpaid Sim,but they say the same thing that your query has been taken and will be resolved , they are always lying about their policies every time,most of time they play by transferring calls from one department to another, but no result comes out, the guy whom i first talked on customer care told me that it will take 48hrs to activate it prepaid to postpaid and you dnt have to change the sim , but the agent sent by him told me different story that it will take 5 days to activate,and i am not responsible what he told you.

i want my money back as soon as possible
