Hello sir Am S Pandurangam & R.Kasthri Bai. My numbers are 9493185xxx, 9493854xxx respectively. Sir I visited Vodafone store on 1st December 2014 and requested the executive for transfer of my number from postpaid to prepaid. They are reckless and not giving minimum courtesy. And finally they told me that your executive will visit my home within 2 days and he will take feedback and forward the transfer proceedings. After that they gave me 2 new prepaid sims on 13th December. But still my number have not migrated. But I am still waiting. Nobody has called me. This is very hurting for me why Vodafone executives are seeing me as a villain when I go for cancellation of postpaid connection. Its very disgusting for me to mail you regarding my number. I went Vodafone office 7 times regarding my postpaid to prepaid conversion. and i sent mail on 5th December. And on 29th i went to the office again at tirupati where i faced a serious ignorance from the executive SIREESHA. she is the floor manager. but her attitude is truly worse and she is not at all fit at the position. she made me mad of revolving the store for 7 times. actually she took a request from me on 1st December and she promised that conversion will take place within 72 hours. and she failed to stand on her words. After that i visited on 5th December. then she is recklessly replying that she don’t know me. And today also something happened that she is again instructing me come after 3 days. As i asked why is the delay she replied me that “if you want to complete the work you listen to me or otherwise you can go wherever i wont help you. you can complain to anyone i wont care”. I am seriously got tense with her attitude and behaviour. This shows that vodafone HR team management. and whatever may be the company i wont involve. but i want you to make sure my connection will be converted today. as per trai norms the telecom companies are intended to make my conversion within 7 days. I received the SIM cards on 13th December. And I am attaching you the pics of the SIM cards.
I will not pay the bill. As it is not issued before the Unbilled amount when I got sim card of prepaid.
