Vodafone prepaid bill is excess due to incomplete information provided by the company. Post my basic data pack, i activated the booster net-pack. I was not provided with information that the booster pack will not be activated before the Cap-amount of my bill is met with. A complaint was lodged with the company but didn’t receive a call back from the executive and the complaint was auto-closed.
This lead to overshooting of my bill. I was charged for the booster pack and the extra data usage also. Restructured and compensated bill.
