Vodafone Recharge Failure, Bank Balance Debited

I Abhishek singh did a transaction from my Atm debit card to pay my mobile bill but it failed. However the money was deducted twice from my account. I got a message that the money has been deducted. Below is the confirmation that the transaction failed which i got from vodafone. I request core team to ask them to give them refund their customer care team member name Joseph has said that refund will not be given.I have chat details with him which i had online i m also sending the same.
